1. Initial Provisions and General Terms
This document governs the relationship between the website and the users who in any way access or interact with Empresas Dimas, through mobile devices or any other suitable technology.
The terms in this document are intended for all users and must always be interpreted together with the Privacy Policy of the Empresas Dimas websites.
All disputes or claims arising from the relationship between Empresas Dimas and the User, even if not contractual, will be governed by Brazilian law.

2. Rules for Using the Website
To access our website and use any of the tools available to contact us and log in to the Customer Area, the user/data subject must:
- Be over 18 years of age and have legal capacity;
- Ensure that all information provided at registration and at any other time is true, accurate, current and complete;
- Accept that all information they send to Empresas Dimas will be stored in a database;
- In the case of the account used to access the “Customer Area”, be responsible for the confidentiality, exclusivity and security of their password. The User is the only person authorized to access their own account on the platform and is responsible for any activity that takes place in it;
- Not use the website for illegal purposes or for others not authorized by Brazilian law;
- Agree that they are solely responsible for their own conduct and for any information, material, file, text, link and any other content or material they enter on our website;
- Agree not to provide any personal data that has not been requested from them and that is not essential for the purpose of the data processing carried out by Empresas Dimas;
- Agree not to send our Companies any defamatory, slanderous, insulting, violent, obscene, pornographic, illegal or otherwise offensive content, whether or not that material is protected by law.
3. Use of the Contact Tools
Access to and use of our website are offered to the user solely for their personal use.
Accordingly, the user expressly declares that they will access or use the Empresas Dimas websites only for their intended purposes, and that they are aware of the civil and criminal liability for providing false data or data belonging to third parties, being liable for direct or indirect damage caused to Empresas Dimas or to third parties who have access.

- Send or transmit any form of malicious code, electronic viruses or destructive content that may expose information belonging to Empresas Dimas and to third parties;
- Damage, disable, overload or impair our website.
4. Violation of the Terms of Use
Breach of any of the prohibitions in these Terms of Use will result in the immediate removal of the data subject from our database, with the consequent interruption of contact and of any negotiations.
Violations may also expose the User to applicable civil and/or criminal liability.
In addition, we reserve the right, even without prior notice, to monitor, edit, block or remove any content or user that may be in breach of these Terms of Use or of Brazilian law.
5. Applicable Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between Empresas Dimas and the User and supersede any prior agreement, oral or written, between them. The courts of the district of São José - SC are chosen to resolve any disputes.
